Application for State Right-of-Way Lease, ADL 403427

Co-applicants, Alaska Northwest Natural Gas Transportation Company and TransCanada Alaska Company, requested that the Commissioner of Natural Resources withdraw its ANGTS lease application. The application was deemed withdrawn by Commissioner Irwin on February 29, 2008.

Until proprietary issues related to the lease application documents are determined, in accordance with AS 40.25 and 2 AAC 96, all requests for access to these documents must be made through a public record request; fees will be charged as allowable.
